Breakage is always going to be a risk if you pop apart a glued body like that. I don't know if heating it first will help, but might be worth a shot. You could also try to score the seams with a really sharp xacto knife before popping it apart. If you are planning on repainting the figure anyway, you could just fill any irregularities that arise from disassembly with putty before you paint him.

UPDATE:
Got those hip joints out......it was fairly easy. Just heated the waist/pelvis up, and an exacto got through the seam pretty easily.
I guess nobody here has any spare ball-joints, so I may go out and buy another ML Gambit. His joints are the right size, and the hip ones are black, so they'd match the pants.....I just have no idea what I'd use another Gambit fig for......
The only problem now is gonna be getting shoulder joints that match Blade's skin tone [img]confused.gif[/img]
